Overview

VMA's Maritime Leadership Certification Program (MLCP) provides professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the maritime industry, a network of key industry stakeholders, and critical leadership skills.

The program is designed to be completed in 1-2 years, in classes of 15-20, and welcomes all VMA members to apply, no age restrictions.

MLCP leaders will participate monthly in special programs, tours, and socials, providing them with exposure to all facets of the maritime industry and the opportunity to build a professional network.

They will gain additional access to expert industry leaders and opportunities to gain critical leadership skills.
