VMA's Future Leaders Group is a cost-effective opportunity for organizations to groom maritime professionals 40 and under. Future Leaders may participate in special programs, tours and socials designed to expose them to all the facets of the maritime industry and build their professional network. Companies can utilize this discounted rate for two years per future leader.

If your primary representative is under 40, they can quality for the program at no additional cost.

Maritime Leadership Certification Program (MLCP)
While designed to often run in conjunction with the VMA Future Leader sessions, the certificate program offers professionals a more comprehensive understanding of the maritime industry, a network of key industry stakeholders, and critical leadership skills. MLCP is open to VMA Members who are “newer” to the maritime and logistics industry with no age restriction.
