VMA Conference Room Reservations

 

Whether you're in town for business and need a place to work or hosting a meeting, VMA Members may reserve one of our three conference rooms at no charge.* All conferences rooms are equipped with modern audio and visual components, Wi-Fi, and capability to host virtual meetings. For more information or to reserve a space, please contact Chanel Bolling.  *Subject to availability

 

Conference Rooms Available:

First Floor Conference Room

  • Boardroom style set-up; seats up to 8 guests.
  • Room includes one screen, camera, table mic/speaker, Polycom phone, virtual conference capabilities (Teams and Zoom), and computer with internet access.

Second Floor Board Room

  • Theater style set-up including a boardroom table and podium, seats up to 43 guests and 6 at the boardroom table.
  • Buffet area outside room for refreshments.
  • Room includes three screens, camera, table gooseneck mics and speakers, gooseneck mic at podium, floor mic, virtual conference capabilities (Teams and Zoom), and computer with internet access.

  

Third Floor Training Room

  • U-shape style set-up; seats up to 15 guests.
  • Small buffet table for refreshments.
  • Room includes one smart screen, camera, table mic/speaker, white board, virtual conference capabilities (Teams and Zoom), and computer with internet access.
