How does MLCP compare to the Young Maritime Professionals?

The Maritime Leadership Certificate Program was designed while keeping the Young Maritime Professionals program in mind, providing both groups with exposure to various segments of the maritime supply chain industries. However, the Young Maritime Professionals program focuses on providing a basic level of industry exposure to those under 40, whereas the MLCP is without any age restrictions, drawing in members seeking a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the industry as well as honing skills required for advancing leadership.
