The VMA has been provided with a presentation prepared by TSA and Coast Guard as an enrollment briefing for the Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC). TSA has published that fixed enrollment centers will be located in both Norfolk and Newport News.  (NOTE: The application fees have changed since the publication of this brief.  The final fee structure can be found on the TWIC Deployment Website above.)
