Great news! Group level dental benefits are now available exclusively to Virginia Maritime Association members on an individual basis. Dominion Dental Services is offering our members two types of plans – one for individuals (enrolled and administered over the Internet), and one for groups of three or more (using monthly group billing). Both plans provide coverage for over 250 dental services!
You don’t have to be an employer group to get quality dental benefits. The Dominion “eDental” program provides automated direct payment for individuals, avoiding the hassles of monthly billing and group administration. Dental benefits have never been easier. And if you want a group plan offered on a payroll deduction basis and billed to your office the traditional way, that’s available too!

· Dental HMO (DHMO1) – provides superior benefits through a panel of participating dentists
· PPO2 – permits the use of any dentist
· Discount3 – provides reduced fees at the lowest monthly payment through a panel of participating dentists

(For member organizations with three or more employees)

· PPO – permits the use of any dentist

· Extensive coverage on 250 dental services
· 100% coverage for most diagnostic and preventive services
· Up to 80% coverage for restorative care including fillings, root canals, crown and bridge work,
periodontal treatment, oral surgery and more
· Orthodontic coverage for children and adults

Monthly payments start at just $7.50!
