The South Atlantic Marine Transportation System Organization (SAMTSO) invites you to attend a stakeholders meeting on November 3 in Savannah, GA. The primary purpose of the meeting will be to discuss issues of common interest to South Atlantic maritime stakeholders and develop regional strategies for improving the Marine Transportation System (MTS) in the South Atlantic.
SAMTSO is a regional organization dealing with regional marine transportation-related issues and provides regional representation regarding MTS issues. SAMTSO is comprised of maritime stakeholders from the South Atlantic ports of the United States as well as government agencies involved with the Maritime Industry. SAMTSO’s mission is to articulate the importance of the regional MTS to the economy of the nation and the South Atlantic; to foster a common vision for the future of the region’s MTS; and to energize continued efforts to protect and advance the interests of the region’s MTS.
Registration Fee: A registration fee of $40 is needed too cover the costs of the lunch, facilities and services.
