The HRSA-ILA Joint Safety Committee established the Edwin J. Adams Safety
Award Dinner to honor the outstanding individuals who have contributed to making
the Port of Hampton Roads a safer work place. The safety award is named in
honor of our departed friend and fellow colleague, Edwin J. Adams, who worked
continuously to advance the efforts of the Joint Safety Committee.
